Terms of Agreement

By enrolling in or using Kingdom Order Alignment (the "Program"), a program of Cehdwa Media / E D Landry Holdings Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not enroll.
The Program provides faith-based educational content, including the PAR Methodology, The Mirror diagnostic, guided modules, and a members' community, delivered digitally on a self-paced and drip-released basis.
Founding membership is billed as a recurring monthly subscription at the founding rate of $33/month, which remains locked for as long as your membership stays active. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing; cancellation ends future charges but does not retroactively refund amounts already paid.
All sales are final. The Program does not offer a money-back guarantee. Any refund is granted solely at our discretion, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of prior payments.
All Program content — including the PAR Methodology, The Mirror diagnostic, module materials, text, graphics, structure, and design — is owned by E D Landry Holdings Inc. and Cehdwa Media and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon enrollment you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials for your own use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, record, resell, redistribute, publicly share, teach, or create derivative works from any part of the Program without our prior written permission. Your login and access are for your personal use and may not be shared.
The Program is educational and faith-based. It is not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances and are not guaranteed. Always consult an appropriate professional for decisions in those areas.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel your membership.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
